All member of staff and student will be made aware of this policy in the induction process and will be familiar with relevant equal opportunities legislation covering race, gender and disability.

We are a Diverse Nursey,we recognise that although every child has things in common with each-other, they are also different and unique in many ways. Diversity is about recognising,valuing and embracing those differences by doing this we have created a productive environment where each child feels valued.
